Laboratory and diagnostic tests are included in your comprehensive evaluation. Additional services, referrals, and additional health management programs may be recommended or required to enable you to achieve or further develop your Personalized Cardiovascular Health Plan. Within a week of the exam, Dr. Flaherty will review your data  and provide you with a binder containing your test results and your Personalized Cardiovascular Health Plan.
