Michael P. Flaherty, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Flaherty specializes in advanced percutaneous structural heart repair, his primary
focus is high-risk, pVAD-supported percutaneous coronary interventions. Over the past 8
years, Dr. Flaherty built and directed the interventional and structural cardiology
programs at the UofL. He received his training at Johns Hopkins University in advanced
percutaneous coronary, structural and peripheral interventions. Below are his specific
